LEADERSHIP

Norberto I. Mateo – Founder and President

Norberto holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from FEATI University and pursued executive studies at the Asian Institute of Management. Since founding Accord in 1982, he has introduced many innovative ingredients to the Philippine market, including Ibuprofen, Aloe Vera, Minoxidil, and Aspartame.

William Gilbert Mateo – Vice President

William holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, is an ASEAN Engineer, and a Fellow of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers. He has built expertise in manufacturing engineering, product formulation, product development, and business development.
